How do I create a KeynodeCard?
Sign up at app.keynodecard.com, enter your details and links, and your digital card is ready in under a minute. No design skills required.
Do people need an app to view my card?
No. Anyone can scan your QR code with their phone's built-in camera and view your card in any web browser. Nothing to install.
How long does setup take?
Most users complete their card in under 60 seconds. Add your name, a few links, and you're ready to share.
Can I use it without a smartphone?
You can create and edit your card from any device with a browser. Your QR code can be printed and works without your phone present.
Features
Can I update my links after sharing?
Yes. Your QR code stays the same, but the destination updates instantly. Change your job title, add new links, or update your photo anytime.
What analytics do I get?
See how many times your card was scanned, when people viewed it, and which links they clicked. All analytics respect visitor privacy.
Can I customize my card design?
Yes. Choose colors, add your photo, and arrange your links. Pro plans include custom backgrounds and advanced branding options.
Does it work offline?
Your QR code image works offline once saved or printed. Viewers need an internet connection to see your profile when they scan.
Can I have multiple profiles?
Pro plans allow multiple cards for different contexts - one for work, one for personal networking, etc. Each gets its own QR code.
Privacy & Security
Is my data encrypted?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard encryption. We never sell your information.
Who can see my analytics?
Only you can see your card's analytics. Visitors are anonymous - we don't track their personal information.
Can I delete my account?
Yes. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from your account settings. Deletion is permanent and immediate.
Billing
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No long-term contracts. Cancel your subscription anytime and keep access until the end of your billing period.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe. Payments are secure and PCI-compliant.
Is there a refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund for annual plans if you're not satisfied. Monthly plans can simply be cancelled before the next billing cycle.
